Oh, now that I reexamine the picture, I can see that ext. handle is wider than the Tetting.

A friend gave it to me to try to chest crush once without telling me how hard it is. He did it as a joke since  It's crazy hard

Tried the WC without warming up not to bad I guess. Tuesday should be better with good blood in the CNS

Really strong work going on here man! Do you do vertical leg press everyday? Is that a flat Barbell bench press you are doing 365# x 20 on:bow? I really like the training log. Keep it up.

Yeah everyday before work on the leg press. Also just flat barbell bench .

Which hand(s) is getting the timed negatives for the gripper holds?

 

How are you doing holds for the wrist roller? Are you doing 1 rep then holding it in the air or have it stationary on a bar or pvc pipe (gripping to not let go)?

Both hands on gripper holds .

on the wrist roller I pick the weight up with both hands then let go with one of my hands hold until can't take it anymore and grab with other hand . I don't let the weight drop until I get both negatives in.
