Hockey Stick Posted April 16, 2018 Author Share Posted April 16, 2018 18w15-6: 2hp on flask and grippers on Vulcan Felt weak and did not accomplish much, (but I managed to set the gripper on level 14, and I maybe I will set it on 15 if I train a few sessions) 18w15-7: 2" revolving handle (trilobite) 45 45kg on loading pin, first doing holds for time without thumb, and then 3x10 with thumb. I will try to up the volume and lower the weight. I have not improved in pinching during last year and that might have to do with to small volume and inconsistent training. I have never been able to move level 16 before but this time I did without doing 2 months of training and peaking. I believe it is revolving handle that has some carry over, at least in my case.
