18w01-3:

Deadlift (trying sumo for the first time), up to 160 kg overhand grip.

Overhead press (-->72,5 kg)

Bent over rows 70 kg.

Chins/rows with a challenging grip device  to hold on to -->forearms fatigued

Bench on 90 kg

Squat on 100 kg

18w04-5:

10x (10 sec  hold followed by 5 sec rest) on 5 different type of grip, a total of 8 min. hold

It was a hard session but no pain anywhere after.

 

18w04-7:

Push press 70 kg 5x3

Squat 100 kg 3x5

Chins 4 x Max

1HP flask 21,5 kg 10x (10 sec holds followed by 10 sec rest) left and right

Vulcan level 6-9
