Grippers, Vulcan Chrome, 1" block.  LH/RH

Warming (1,5" set block)

level 6  1x5/1x5

Level 9  1x3/1x3

+Bench: a few reps up to 1 rep on 110 Kg (PR by the way)       

Work  (1" set block)

                       12   1x1          13  failed  (the set!)

                       -->Stopped and switch to only trying to set the gripper on level 13, 3x1 left and right.

Wrist curl

60 kg 1x5, 1x5, 1x4  (PR on this changed sitting position I use today, my forearm angle is changed-->harder for me)

Reverse wrist curl

22,5 kg 2x5

Chins

1x7, 1x3

Everything was hard in this training, no energy at all,..

A few reps on 62,5 kg and reverse curls on 22,5 kg

No squats today, feeling a little pain in right knee, I will lover the weights next time and let my tendoins get used to weight...

Played around with some torsion grippers, up to a few forced closes on CoC#3

Wrist pronation/supination

Using a 16kg KB lying on the floor

I have been sick during my vacation, still not 100%, It Will take me a few training sessions to be allright again.

Still not recovered fully from cold, takes a little longer time for me since having astma. I Will train body later on today, but not heavy weights.

17w36-6:

13 weeks ago I hurt myself in my "butt" doing deadlift, probably with to heavy weights and a bad technicue and I had to start from 0 after I got healed.

Today I can train with no pain:)

Yesterday:

  • Bench 5x5 with 80 kg
  • 3X holds for time on 80 kg with extreme fatgripz
  • Finger curls 3x5 on 75 kg
  • Biceps curl 3x5 on 35 kg
