Wrist curl 60 kg 1x5, 1x5, 1x4 (PR on this changed sitting position I use today, my forearm angle is changed-->harder for me) Reverse wrist curl 22,5 kg 2x5 Chins 1x7, 1x3 Everything was hard in this training, no energy at all,..
