My plan for closing #3 any day of the week

Well done! People say you can't progress in both fatbar and grippers what's your take on that? 

Is the nr1 priority still closing #3 anyday of the week or do you feel you already reached that?

Hi Lennix,

I also believe it is hard to improve on both at the same time, at least if you are a regular guy and are following a high volume approach on thick bar, 3 times/week with several sets of repetition or something. It feels like you teach your hands, (and brain), to hold on to something, not to crush it. But maybe it is easier to benefit from both at the same time if you keep the volume to the lower side on both.

I will try to close 3 in a good way, not just maybe or barely, I will give it 10 more training sessions:), and then I probably switch to thick bar training for a period and see what happens with my grip if I concentrate on that for a while.
