Hockey Stick Posted October 16, 2017 Author Share Posted October 16, 2017 (edited) 17w41-7 Bench press 90 kg 3x5 1HP 34 kg. 1 week ago my body completely collapsed and my heart was not feeling well, ended up in the ambulance and emergency room. Today I am feeling better and they say that my heart is OK. A combination of stress at work, having a cold, and to much of alcohol (50 years party). Horrible experience.
