Bench press 90 kg 3x5

1HP 34 kg.

1 week ago my body completely collapsed and my heart was not feeling well, ended up in the ambulance and emergency room. Today I am feeling better and they say that my heart is OK. A combination of stress at work, having a cold, and to much of alcohol (50 years party). Horrible experience.

4x1, 3x2, 2x3 from level 14 and down. I had to cheat with the set on level 13 and 14, did not have the energy to push myself.
