Date: Saturday 14 May, 2016 Location: Larkin’s Gym 54019 Wilbur Road Three Rivers, MI 49093 Grip Contest All NAGS Rules will apply. Classes: Men’s: 66k, 83k, 105k, 105k+ Women’s: 72k, 72k+ Open class (includes all competitors) Weigh In will begin at 8:00 AM Rules at 9:45 Grip Contest: Starts at 10:00 AM Events: · One Hand Pinch Lift · Two Hands Shallow Hub Key Pinch Lift · Axle Deadlift & Hold - Double Overhand Thumbless grip (Axle 48-50mm bar) o (Our Bar will be 48.26mm if your wondering) · Pickaxe Lever to Rear – Hold Entry Fee’s: $30.00 Entry Fees is to be paid to Andrew Pantke by paypal or mail. There will be an additional liability and release form to be signed at the contest. Also this is a perfect opportunity to see Don’s Gym. By far one of the coolest gyms you will ever find.
