Weigh-Ins: 9:15 am to 9:45 am
Contest Start: 10 am

Events:

Saxon Bar Deadlift (Sorinex) (Weight increased in 10-lb increments)
Double Overhand 3” Axle Deadlift (Weight increased in 10-lb increments)
MoonTop (World of Grip) (Weight increased in 2.5-lb increments)
Anvil Trainer (Sorinex) (Weight increased in 10-lb increments)
Tips Tester (Weight increased in 15-lb increments)
Dynamometer (Best of 3 attempts)
Stub (World of Grip) (Weight increased in 2.5-lb increments)
8-lb Bomb (FBBC) (Weight increased in 7.5-lb increments)

Weight Classes:

Men’s 74 kg / 93 kg / 93+ kg and Women's Open

Awards for top three finishers in each class

Entry Fee - $35 (includes a BBQ lunch)

Last Man Standing Format
Reverse Strongman Scoring

This is the event I think will see the heaviest weights lifted, so the weight jumps will be bigger.

I've been getting some good feedback about this event. It looks like there will be a handful of first-timers in attendance.

If you live in upstate New York or Vermont, Ottawa really isn't that far of a drive.

Anyone who's interested is free to come by one evening to try out any of the equipment. Just shoot me a PM.

This contest is just 10 days away. If you're interesting in a contest that features less traditionally tested events, this may be perfect for you.
