Additionally, I asked David Horne if you he could find some cool grip pics and he responded by sending me a number of signed photos. I've taken a little downturn health-wise, but want to assure people that the contest is a go whether or not I compete. Tom Scibelli and Anthony Clarino have already offered to help out and keep the contest running smoothly. (Yall rock!) It is much appreciated and the offer will be taken up on...especially if I turn into the cheering section. I've been talking to a number of non-grip people who seem interested...it will be really cool to introduce Gripsport to others like it was done for me. Hopefully, we can all do our best to make sure they understand what is going on and have a good time. Let us each help spread Gripsport. There is going to be a token "Gripster Traveler" thank-you award to the person who came the greatest distance to the event. So far Chris Andrade (confirmed) is in the lead with 170 miles...but if Carl shows up...he's gonna destroy that number with a 320 mile distance. A special shout out to Anthony, E.J., Joshua Henze (who isn't even attending), Michael Rabich for throwing in. It's all going to the contest (food, drinks, prizes). It's looking to be a day to remember. Speaking of which. I came up with a SJ3 design and while I'm going to chip in a little, we are going to have T-shirts due to the generosity of one @EJ Livesey. Featuring the 3 sanctioned events and some bent steel...here's a basic mockup of what they will look like. Each Sponsor and all attendees will be receiving one. If yall could P.M me your shirt sizes, that would be great. If you are not coming but would like one, hit me up with a P.M. also.
