Great attempts dude. Have you closed that #4 before? I'm pretty sure I remember you closing that GHP 9.

Thanks Chez. I did close once before with deep set but I did not recorded.

How do lifting these dumbbells (2" or bigger handles) compare to barbell deadlift?

Usually you can lift more weight with barbell.

I asked Aaron for help.

He is so good at making choked grippers.

How did you rate your RBA?

I cannot rate my RBA but I use the rate chart from CPW.

Actual RGC can be different from 215.

Decided to try some negatives.

Don't know how this will this improve my crushing strength but will try for awhile.

GHP10 is a tough one for sure!

10/08/2017 Gripper Training

I am trying to loose weight because I feel heavy and lifeless.

Loosing a lot of grip strength due to weight lose.

Oh my.....

For those not long into grip, take note!  You are watching arguably one of the best at grippers in the history of grip!

My psoriasis got really bad last winter so I was doing some experiment with my diet.

I was basically skipping any kinds of carb, sugar and starch so  I had no energy to train.

Recently I start adding some carb to my meal and now I feel alive. Now I can do some light training. :)

I lost 50 lbs and I think this is effecting my grip strength significantly.
