Wow looks like you're very close to certification now!

If I can do 4 reps in a row, I will try to do 3.5 cert again. Probably that will be next year.

Incredible strength in your videos Morgan, you'll smash the 3.5 cert for sure.

@Boulderbrew There are four people who I've seen 3.5 TNS's from that I can recall: Morgan, Teemu, Gabriel Sum, and Valery Tolstykh. Though I think there are a few guys who could also do it. Very elite club of closers for sure

just crazy....I mean I have block set a few 3.5's that rate in the low 180's, but TNS is a way different story.

I think Gabriel Sum and some other guys closed 3.5 with TNS. Oh... Ben already answered for you :)

I can only CCS’s low 180 3.5 when I am on my best condition for now so I want to wait until I can do 2~3 reps with CCS.

I don’t train grip strength anymore. I only do one attempt once a week to check my grip strength.

Are you still getting stronger on grip when you check?

Never mind. I can see my video now.

Somehow I couldn’t see any of the YouTube videos yesterday.

Not really. I am barely maintaining my grip strength.

Is it just not a focus right now, or did you feel your insane high level was too hard or risky to maintain?  I’m just curious, no other reason.

I changed the link. Use the Youtube "share" link and paste it in.

I do not think it is dangerous to maintain. There is always safe way to train.

I believe I do not have much progress on grip strength because I cannot get enough rest for the next grip work out. It’s difficult to do grip training and weight lifting together and have progress on grip strength in my case.
