My psoriasis got really bad last winter so I was doing some experiment with my diet.

I was basically skipping any kinds of carb, sugar and starch so  I had no energy to train.

Recently I start adding some carb to my meal and now I feel alive. Now I can do some light training. :) 

I lost 50 lbs and I think this is effecting my grip strength significantly. 

Very good to see you back at it!  50lbs is a huge amount of weight loss.

Strong attempt I will be following your progress to your eventual cert. Knowing your background strength on grippers I doubt it will take you long to get it.

You’ll get it no time Morgan. I may attempt the coc 3.5 cert myself at the gripmas competition in December

As far as actually demonstrated crush (sustained too)  via video, it comes hard pressed to pick anyone in history to match it.  I might make a new post on this.
