Morgan
Just now, Boulderbrew said: And still unreal strong! Why the long break? My psoriasis got really bad last winter so I was doing some experiment with my diet. I was basically skipping any kinds of carb, sugar and starch so I had no energy to train. Recently I start adding some carb to my meal and now I feel alive. Now I can do some light training. I lost 50 lbs and I think this is effecting my grip strength significantly.
