I have noticed the same thing. Quality of these grippers are not so good.

You did very well Morgan. Amazing lifts and you are still "rookie" at grip. :rock

Double inch lift was world class stuff and I enjoyed to watch how easily you picked up double blob and 2x20kg kettlebell bottom up lifts. Very crazy!

Overload work and did not sleep well last night.

Very tired and in bad condition but I had to do MM5 today because otherwise I won't have time for it.

1 set - MM5

2 set - COC4(RGC204) MMS attempt - Far from closing it. Had about 1 cm gap.

3 set - COC3.5(RGC188) CCS attempt - Again, had about 1 cm gap

4 set - COC3(RGC143) CCS + mini reps

* Left index finger is not feeling so good. Will have to focus on CCS, TNS more for awhile.

Received Pro Dumbbell handle and bolts this morning and I set up the dumbbell in 5 min.

Looks amazing and feels amazing.

This dumbbell is around 182 pounds and I can say it is much harder then any inch dumbbell I lift it.

Still I have a feeling I can lift this eventually.

Cannot wait to train with this seriously!

Wow! 182 is heavy! I have no doubt you'll be able to get that with some training. Does the handle feel a hair thicker than the inches you've tried?

Thanks! To me, Yes, I can feel the difference. I think the thickness and the material of pro dumbbell handle makes it harder then actual inch dumbbell.

I am sure you can lift the inch dumbbell right away!

I've yet to try that method, is the one finger to keep it from rolling?

Slight touch will reduce the rolling a lot. I cannot lift a foot but with that one finger it's pretty easy.

Amazing. Btw, if you put the black bumpered side of the choker on the finger side it free floats much better and the choker doesn't interfere.

I was not able to practice for about 3 weeks because my right wrist was in pain after cleaning the blob.
Not fully recovered but was able to do a single set without pain.
