Thanks! Wish I can afford Inch dumbbell. It's a lot of fun!

COC#3 TNS 12 reps & 11 reps attempt

Actually I did close 12 reps at first attempt but couple of them were out of frame.

Sorry Roger. I just saw your comments.

I used to do once a week but I switched to twice a week recently.

Every time I do 2~4 sets and I don't have any specific routine.

I just choose the gripper that I want to try.

400 is close to COC3.5 and 500 is close to COC4.

From ur 8 yrs bodybuilding experience, did u do any specific grip training such as towel and rope hangs etc, or did you only touch bars. Thanks.

Back in 2012, I bought my first COC#3 and I did some TNS training for couple of months.

Besides that no other grip training at all until 2016.

Glad to help! We can't have a potential #4 Certifier getting his hand exploded by a 265lb gripper breaking out of a choker. ☺

Really strong dude. That is a crazy hard zenith 4 since I thought they usually rate In the 180s. And not many people can do anything with a ghp 10 even in a choker.

Thanks Chez. Don't know why Zenith RGC is so high. To me it feels like 190.
