I just asked the RGC of this gripper to Silvis and he said usually it is around RGC 194.

Don't know the exact RGC but I can tell it is much easier then average MM4.

I am not sure which is more impressive, the ease of the close or the total control on the super slow re-opening after the close. Most big grippers just rip the hands right back open. Very nice.

You have one hell of a 4, a 221 Rating is definetly no joke.

Very strong, impressive closes.

I gave up on bodybuilding so I eat whatever I want but still trying to be careful with my high blood pressure. 

I train with gripper once a week.

MMS: 197

Not in a good condition so I tried holding instead of MMS.
Hopefully I can recover by next week.
