*RB 330 Extended Handle

This is my first RB gripper but not so impressive.

I still prefer GHP and COC.

Holy cow. You made that look easy. I'm still trying to parallel set mine.

Probably mine is little easier then average level 5.

I really like the feeling when I am doing TNS with this fat gripper.

I haven't rated mine yet, but I would guess that it is in the 185-190 range.

Wow. That sounds like yours way above average. I think mine is around RGC 170.

Cool brother. solid as a house. Hey man, what are your plans shortterm? Let's face it, you can do a 3 cert at night probably immediately after waking up.

Your hands are freakishly strong the way I see it, probably stronger even than the top MM guys, when I see your TNS work and that HG attempt. You seem to be one of those extreme outliers of the gripperspectrum.

Right now my goals are

1. COC#3 certification

2. GHP8 2 reps

3. Break Sum Gabriel COC#3 TNS record :) (16 reps)

I already applied for COC#3 ceritification and been waiting for more then a month.

I will keep record for GHP8 and once I succeed, I will send the video.

Actually, I am not very good at bench and I had shoulder and knee problems for many years so I try to stay away with max weight.

No idea how much I can do now.

I have a video on my YouTube attempting COC4 with TNS.
