You're ridiculously strong and have really big hands! You'll definitely get that GHP8 with the block set very soon, for sure. With hands and strength like that I think you have a good chance on the the COC#3.5 cert in the future also.

Thanks! :) I tried to close GHP8 today but my setting is not stable so I still have that 1mm left.

Thanks Peter! I do my grip work out 2~3 times a week. I do 4~6 sets everytime I do. I only do negative with the one that I am about to close it.

Very disappointed. I need to do more practice with the setting.

Dude there is nothing to be disappointed with that. The fact that you can even hold that is amazing.

Thanks Jared!  I was not expecting to close it this time but I was hoping the gap was little less then that.

Hope I can reduce the gap next time.

I rested for about 2 days and this video was the first attempt of today's grip work out.

This is just awesome!!!

As the others said, nothing to be dissapointed about, just setting that beast like that, and holding it, is in itself very good. You'll close this one too in due time!!!
great stuff!!!

If you are disappointed with your progression I should end my life now :D.
Very strong. Are you into other grip-stuff or just grippers?

I didn't mean to offend anyone here. Haha Thanks Grind! For now I am only focusing on gripper work out. I don't think my hand can handle that much :) I am already doing bodybuilding at the same time. I need some good rest for my hand.

Still cannot close COC#4 (RGC204) but this one was pretty easy. My guess is I am some where close to RGC198.

Amazing crushing strength there dude. No idea what you did all those years before you came to here. Crushing men's skulls? lol

Dude you must be one of the biggest crushing grip talents ever!

Not only did you start out at a very high level, but you've shown monstrous progress in the 3 weeks your log show too. Be carefull though. Seen a few talented people suddenly dissapear from the gripping game once they reach #4 because of injuries.

LOL Thanks Geralt :) I've been doing bodybuilding for 8 years but I don't think that helped.

Thanks Royz. I am also concerning about the injury part. So far I am injury free but I am trying to take care of my hands. These days I am doing a lot of massage with hot water and ice. Also, I am considering switching my workout plan to once a week instead of twice a week.
