this is an attempt to do it thumbless, definitely more wrist than grip

A friend of mine was telling me today of another pro climber/ ninja warrior athlete that did at least two reps when Geoff Britten took the rolling thunder at a ninja gym. Forgot his name. So it seems that Peter Mortensen was right

I think the same goes for pinch grip strength. The only thing that pro climbers might not be good at is crushing grip as that requires more specialized training with closing grippers.
