Ok awesome! I'm glad you guys can make it. I Havnt seen anything as far as a woman's version of the CTD challenge but I emailed Ironmind to ask anyway just encase they were planning on doing that eventually. Since we are doing it at the contest I don't want her to potentially miss out on the opportunity.

I'll let you know when I hear back from them.

Rachael and I will be there.

Is there a women's version of the "Crushed to Dust" challenge?

-Adam

Ironmind got back with me, as of now there is no woman's version of the CTD challenge. They said it is possible in the future there may be some kind of version created but there's nothing currently.

I'm going to be testing out a live scoring, I've been playing with at this event. Idea is you will be able to look over at a TV screen and see what your placing is in real time to the event.

It will be interesting to see the 1.5" vbar numbers.  I assume the winning pull will be in between the best 1" numbers and the best 2" numbers.  So mid-300lb range?

Mid 300's would be awesome. I got 300 on the 2". And I've only done a few workouts with the 1.5" But Ive had at least few PR's every competition I've competed in, so hopefully I'll surprise myself and pop up something good.

personally I like the feel of the 2" vbar better because I feel stronger but it might just be that my 1.5" vbar isn't seasoned very much yet. Or I'm just so used to thick bar training it feels weird in my hand.  But we will see soon enough. Comp is coming very soon, 12 days and counting.

I hope everyone that comes gets some good numbers
