Not that you aren't doing it, cuz I saw you took a little break, but my only piece of advice would be to continue to listen to your body. Also, I think its great you hopped on the bike for a little bit. If past is any guide, my two hand pinch is now around 95-100kg. Since my goal is to one hand pinch something in vicinity of 50kg in King kong, i should be more than ready for 100kg pinch in December.
