This log is meant to help me on my way to conquer long-time goal of 100kg europinch contest lift. Too long have weights laughed at my efforts and i need to get serious.

Today i do just some rehab work but next week training begins.

One hand pinch (48mm): 2 x 1 x 22kg, 5 x 1 x 32kg

One hand pinch(48mm): 2x1x26kg, 1x1x30kg, 5x1x35kg

Had a flu so taking it easy now.

Visiting friend, bought some plates and did few lifts for fun. We were not really focusing when shooting this but left hand lift is quite convincing. I am doing something right.

I also lifted 30kg+equipment with IM blockbuster, easy and both hands.

Deadlift (conventional): 2x5x70kg, 1x5x100kg, 1x5x130kg. 4x5x140kg, 1x5x130kg

Suitcase lift and hold: 1x20s x 85kg + shorter times, felt weak today

Leg press: 1x10x50kg, 1x10x100kg, 1x10x125kg, 4x10x150kg

Plate pinching: 3x with 15kg plates 2x20kg plates one successful lift with right and almost with left. Pinching is coming back, left hand already stronger than ever.

Plate flips: 4x10x15kg

I have done lots of things, mainly wrist related lifts.

23.04 competition day

Almost all of 8 events were new to me but i did ok. Big surprise came in 76mm handle thumbless lift which i won and set world record of 66.10kg. Things are looking good for my goal of 100kg euro pinch too, +98kg with 50mm pinch block and some left in a tank.

Been away some time now. Yesterday we had very high level grip competition in Iisalmi and i managed to win under 83kg class! Did few personal records, +38kg wit IM pinch block and 6s thick bar hold with 120kg, which has been my goal for long time.

This ads to the evidence that sometimes resting is right thing to do. 

Looking forward to continue training and competing.
