Mm2, Coc 3 Cert, And Armwrestling

Hello old brothers of the Gripboard!

I'm starting this thread to log my training for an attempt on the MM2 and also to finally get that CoC #3 cert out of the way. I've also taken up armwrestling and I'm going to track my training leading up to the Swedish nationals this spring where I'm hoping to compete in either the 75 or 80 kg weightclass.

Ironmind twister thing. One rep counted as rolling the weight up from the floor all the way up. I just recently started using this tool after owning it for a decade. It's pretty useful for working up a good pump in the brachiradialis.

10 k run in 48:54. An ok time for me.

Jonas, I did 9 deep reps with my easier #3 wich is about what I could do at the time of my MM1 cert. With this in mind I'm guessing I'm pretty close to the MM2, if not there already. However, I want to be able to consistently hit 5-6 reps on my hard #3 before I go for the cert. If I can do that I'm pretty sure I should have a good margin over the MM2.

I had planned to do some grippers today. I brought them to work so I could bring them to the gym after work, but sadly I forgot them in my office. Will be going away in the morning and wont be back until saturday morning. Oh well, the gripper training will simply have to wait.

That last part broke my buff heart lol

One arm pull up holds sounds amazing and painful at the same time!

Haha yes it was devistating! The one arm holds arn't to bad. I'm stronger on the top so I can hold myself up there for 10-15 seconds even though I can't do a full strict one arm pullup yet.

Supination/pronation. Added some extra resistence at the top by pushing on the lever with my other hand. That way the resistance won't be limited to just at the bottom where the handle is parallel to the ground.

Hey David, are you doing any chokker(am I spelling this right  ??) work with grippers??

Hello my friend! I have not done any choker work for some time (I think that's how you spell it not sure though). Are you training with grippers these days?
