Incredible . . . how many times a week do you train grippers? Do you still do bending?

I train one or two times a week. According to the mood and state of health.

I'm not fond of bending. However, I had a period of about a month of training bending. Then I got sick hand and I threw it

Obviously this was with a 'light' #4...

Amazing stuff Vano!

Vano is the real deal tho... So far, he is the only of the three to make MM7 look easy.

You know I was kidding about the #4 being 'light' right?

Vano rules!

I Just put all of my gripstuff on Ebay. I heard knitting can be fun also.

While I know this was a joke...my reaction to this video was the complete opposite. I'm totally inspired.

I now aim to beat Vano to the GHP10 Cert. (I think he finally has a big enough head start to make it fair.) :)

Intense closes Vano...thanks for sharing them with us.
