exarmy Posted November 21, 2018 Author Share Posted November 21, 2018 not a lot been happening recently, I have been plagued with several hand and wrist injuries on my right. all to do with mountain biking. slowly getting back into it training once per week and am managing 5 set of 10 MMS using the #2 right and GHP 4 left. I never like grip training during winter as it's always cold and my hands just feel stiff and weak, so don't forsee me breaking any records until the spring but i'll try to keep it ticking over and then attempt something in spring/summer. whats good news is the injury on my left hand I picked up doing KTA almost 2 years ago seems to have gone away. finally!
