Great start guys, looks awesome. What I did starting out is just watch videos of great pro's and try to mimic their body movement as much as possible. Devon larrat has a lot of great videos also on his website(inthehook.com). Keep it up, you dudes are doing great.

We have a small club of Newbies to armwrestling in Northen Australia and wish to get some advice on our sessions

Yep definitely flying in next week.

I have just been away out in the Australian bush for the last two weeks with my job.

Did just lose almost 8kgs.

Would probably be low 80kgs ish right now

Get a hold of Jarrod "Magoo" Riordan either through here or on Facebook. Was into arm wrestling and lifting quite a bit and can probably help you folks out as he's down there as well.
