greppstark
I think Teemu speculated about some of this in his infamous choker training article. Mainly the difference between choking a gripper on the handles or on the spring. In that article he said that putting on the handles was slightly harder in his opinion. Either way, the force required to close the gripper like Vano did is going to be phenominal. Matt do you have a link to that article, I've never seen it before. Here you go bud! https://gripperstrength.wordpress.com/2008/05/07/choker-work-on-grippers/ Edited August 5, 2015 by Simon Norevi
JoshW
I've choked a hard hg350 before and closed it from various distances and after I took it out of the choker I noticed one of the handles has warped and bent. Is this usual? Edited August 5, 2015 by JoshW
Cannon
I've choked a hard hg350 before and closed it from various distances and after I took it out of the choker I noticed one of the handles has warped and bent. Is this usual? No, I think that is not normal for any gripper.
freeondie
Last year, I could not do it with one hand. Here there is a video on April 14, 2014. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=SIX-oG89ХУЕ In the second video I'm helping hand holding spring.
