Yesterday i started a new cycle of serious gripper training. It is a percented based cycle. On mondays i will do the heavy work plus light set practice and pinching the Stonger Grip Blob. On thursday i will do 5 x 5 @ 60 % speed work plus heavy set practice and the Blob again. This how the Cycle is planed:

Week 1: 5x5 @ 75 %

Week 2: 6x4 @ 80 %

Week 3: 7x3 @ 85 %

Week 4: 5x2 @ 90 %

Week 5: rest

Werk 6: go for a new pr

The percents are based on a 130 # goal weight. My old best is 120 #.
