Well I guess I will introduce my self in this first post. My name is Immanuel, I am 18 years old, 6'5" 225lb and born and raised in Sweden. I have been working out since i was 15 years old. I actually started grip training the same time. Been of from grip training for awhile but i have found new inspiration. My main focus will be grippers. Hope you will enjoy following my proggress.

Todays grip training was 50 medium grip pull ups pronated hands with 60mm handles that i have cut out from a steel pipe. The handles actually rolled pretty well so it was kinda doing pull ups with two Rolling thunders. I did this as a warm up for my back routine. My forearms are really sore since i haven't been training them for awhile. Friday It's time for grippers, will film some closes and upload!

Thanks, I appreciate that! It's my main focus at the moment other than grippers and bending!

Always nice to have more younger guys on the board.

Welcome! 6'5 225 and young! What a frame to work with. Looking forward to seeing your progress.

Tip: Use proper form. You're young now, but things start to get crappy in about 10 years lol.

Gripper workout 15-05-2015

10 tns coc#trainer

10 mms coc#trainer

1 mms coc#2

5 singels mms with coc#2,5

5 singels ccs with coc#2

10reps 20mmblock coc#1,5

50reps 20mmblock coc#trainer

Nothing special, will start out easy and let the tendons get used to gripwork again. Got loads more in the tank.

Grinded the handles and everything....do you have grippers to bridge the gap to the 3?

Unfortunately not! Planning on buying some more grippers. Maybe GHP6? Will start repping 2,5 next session :)

I like the Vulcan as well. I gotta add that into my workout more, especially for set work...I used a GHP 6 and then a GM when the 6 got easy

Sorry for the spam but once you start getting into level 13-18 on black or CROM spring you will dominate on most #3's.

Yeah the vulcan sounds perfect. I need to improve my setting strength for the bigger grippers!
