Road To 315 Strict Overhead Press

I decided this will be my new goal.Never trained specifically for this but i got an easy 225 ohp last week even do i am not training consistently lately.I have elaborated a plan and well see if it works.

This will be fun for you. I used to be obsessed with this lift for some reason. It took me up in bw and I locked out 265# (275# was my goal). I still have a good program I used to go from 245# to 265# in about 3 months with hit me up anytime. My video from 2012. Sorry for the spam and good luck.

Very strong bro but to be clear you did a military press which is even harder,i want to get a standing ohp like in the olympics pre 1972 with locked knees and horizontal hip movement.

Yeah its all kilograms.I dont think ill ever climb the mm ladder,waste of money in my opinion.
