I like that your working both sides at the same time as well. have any of you that's bought one had a proper session using it yet? id like to get some feedback if im gonna bite the bullet and get one. MRabich Posted May 24, 2015 Share Posted May 24, 2015 Interesting discovery about the wrist twister, I can tighten the adjustment knob deeper with my right hand, to the point I cannot unscrew it with the right, yet I can unscrew it with the left. Will I have to pay customs and tax aswell? Thanks. I like it for high reps. For me it's a good tool for recovery, warming up and pumping blood into my hands, wrists and forearms. For strength i defenetly favour levering. It's the same with the SideWinder. For strength i prefer a mounted Wrist Roller. I bought it from a german distributer.
