I've accomplished one goal that my body is accustomed to this work now. It's not really a big deal.

I was actually in bed and got up to do this:

Casey, it probably would if my diet was in order. But I'm defs not gaining.

Crazy workouts, not too long to go. Have you at least slept? Just kidding.

That's one of the things I like about this right now. At most it takes me about 5ish minutes and that's about what I have time for.

If I was going to try that much in a 5 min window I'd have to make sure the Ambulance service in my town had their AED charged up.

This was done yesterday, 4/5:

push ups, BW squats, pull ups in rounds, sets of:

12, 12, 12, 16 = 52

This is definitely getting harder. I'm getting sore and staying sore from each workout. No concerning aches or pains, and each workout feels pretty good once I get going, but it's harder for sure with this volume to go again every day.
