5/4/15Just got back to training, th Comp was pretty hard on my right hand

Dips:10Bw, 10+20lbs, 8+30lbs×2,5+24kg kettlebell

Vbar volume between sets of dips:

90lbs10/10, 100lbs 10/7, 10/6

Crush isos 5 sets of 5-7s hits

2"crusher holds between isos 85lbs

10s/8s,(95lbs 10s/5s)×3

3×20 close grip pushups all followed by a tasty ass smoothie!

So i can finally deadlift again without my hand exploding, feel good to be gettin my powers back lol

DO deadlift 135×5, 205×6,215×5×2,225×5

Pullups are still lagging but its ok 3×7,

Hub work between pullups

left hand: 45 plate, 3sec×2, 4s, 3s

right hand:sanded IM hub 35lbs 3s,4s,2s

Bb row 105×8, 115×7,5

Block weights between rows; left is actually falling behind my right only in this lift oddly enough.

40lb steel block holds:5s/8s,then 35lb york block hops 6ea hand, back

to the steel block; 7s/10s, back to the york half 70×10 hops each hand and off to cook dinner.

Axle press,75×10,95×5,5,5,5

Wrist wrench wrist curl(try sayin that 5 times fast) between presses

20lbs×7/7, 25lbs 6/5, 27.5lbs 4/4

Upright rows + sledge rows head forward, like a doof i didnt keeo count after this point.

Neck bridges+sledge rows head facing rear. Have a good weekend fellas.

Close grip pullups: 10×bw, 8+10lbs,5×12.5 lbs,4+20lbs,2+30lbs

Thumbscrew reps on trainer between pull ups

Dips:10,8+20lbs,6+30lbs,4+40lbs,2+50lbs

Sledge finger walks between dips

Close grip pushups feet on chair:

20,10,10,10

Alt hammer curl w 2"dumbells: 25lbs,10/10,9/9,6/6,6/6

Body weight tricep presses, 10,8,5

Superset with 90° netral pullup holds: 20s,10s, 10s

Chinups:9,6,6

Hub: 45 plate; 5s/drag, 3s/drag, 2dl/1 hop.Im very excited about this, hopped a plate already right handed.

BBrow: 115×5,8,125×7,5

40lb block holds:5s/6s,10s/10s, 20 hand to hand switches without s3tting down.

Rev curl: 65lbs×9,5then drop set to555×6,drop to 45 10r ( those 19 where sloppy as hell).

Had breakfast after, lifted at 9:30am.
