Weird workout. All my warmups felt hard and heavy, but I still managed a PR on paused squats. I guess it’s the power of a good psyche and stubbornness!

Really happy with my vitals this morning: blood pressure 115/71 and heart rate 58 at 239 pounds. My only cardio is high-rep lifting and a couple long leisurely walks every week.
