Thanks. I just need the willpower to just say no to benches with Tommy and Adam.  Next time I'll do some 1500 pound leg presses or something instead.

I didn't even get ten sets, and I still over-did it.  Less is more has never been truer for this older gentleman.

Less than less seems to be where I am anymore.  I've never really been able to progress on higher volume.  These days it's mostly a daily workout of  very varied exercises.  But then again I am no longer pursuing more and more strength.
