I just trained my Swedish 60mm revolving handle lefty (don’t want to aggravate my right elbow): -broke my PR twice, finishing with 160.2 -then a couple long holds with about 10 pounds less My side goal for the last month or so has been to deadlift the Inch. Get you just as low, but easier on the wrists and thumbs. Also, the smaller 45s with the holes put you at a natural 1" deficit. I've never tried those, but I like the idea of the handles. Unfortunately, the only plates I have now are my Rogue powerlifting plates.
