No, I'm now down to one bar now (Rogue 44k Ohio Power Bar).  I may have the world's smallest home gym.  But I've always been a minimalist.

Thanks, Matt!  I do have some numbers I really want to hit. Squat 551.  Bench 330 (assuming my shoulder feels decent).  Deadlift 628 on my 2nd attempt, then if that feels good 651 for the Amaerican record (50-59 age group). The world record is 651, but now world records can only be broken in international competition. More realistic would be a 639 pull, but that’s just too close to the record not to take a shot! Lol!

Competition will be nuts. There’s a bunch of us with like only 2.5 kilos separating our qualifying totals. The meet has over 1200 lifters registered!

By the way, I’ve been wearing my new A7 shirts to squat lately. Another great investment.  My gym is in my spare bedroom now, so it’s nice not to have to chalk up my back for squats. These shirts actually grab the bar better than chalk.  They also work great for benching. My arch is almost nonexistent, but nonetheless, it stays put through a whole set of high-rep benches.
