Strong squats!  How long have you been wearing the SBDs?  Been looking at them for a long time but still haven't pulled the trigger.

I’ve been wearing them for about three years. I wouldn’t hesitate to get them. Even though my knees have never really given me much trouble, they just feel a lot better wearing them.

I think I'm going to be getting a pair soon.  I have Rehbands that I've been wearing for a few years, and they seem to be losing some of their elasticity and have been bunching up more lately.  Is their recommended size chart accurate?

It worked good for me. I can still squeeze into my L pair I bought when I was 205. I’m now 231, but I train in my XL pair.

One thing I noticed is my right fits good and isn’t a big hassle to get off whereas the left is completely different. I don’t know if my calves are so different or the sleeves are off by a bit but it’s a 20 minute fight to get my left off. Enough of a hassle I’ve only wore them maybe 5 times.

Whoa... yeah that’s crazy tight. Even my L pair will come off in 5 seconds.
