It's been hovering right at the 105k class limit, so I don't want to gain any more weight. I'm actually surprised how quickly I put on all this weight. Sometimes I even daydream about the 120k class, but then I come to my senses.

I think that I'll keep going to 95k area. I don't have the lean mass to warrant being heavier at this point.

Deadlift

542x5 PR! (pretty much a max effort)

I'll call that a technical PR, because at my strongest ever on deadlifts I trained almost exclusively on doubles and triples.  But this is certainly within 10 or 20 pounds of my all-time best strength level.

482x3 PR! (I apparently embellished and called it 483 on my Facebook vid, I just noticed.)

-then a 630 walkout with a 10 second hold in the ready position (stood up with 700 first but didn't feel comfortable backing up with it)

Bench

306x2 (missed the third rep)

- then after a 1 minute rest did 230x9

Hammer Curls

84x5
