Yeah, this is an endurance record for my colds. My son came up here from out of town and got sick the day he arrived before ever seeing me. It’s like a plague. Luckily this isn’t in my forehead sinuses like then though.

EricMilfeld
Lungs are finally feeling pretty much normal again, but I have a minor injury of some sort behind my knee. Squat 75x5 75x5 I hate to do it, but I should probably stop there.

EricMilfeld
Bench I’ve decided to drop 8-10 pounds and stay in the 105 class. EricMilfeld
Squat 75x5 75x7 105x5 High Bar (trying to work around this front and back knee injury) 135x5 155x10 PR! Headed to Colorado Sunday, so I’ll miss some workouts, which is probably a good thing. I’ve figured this knee injury is something I’ve been working through for months now that I think about it, only the sensations were so subtle I paid it little attention. It seems to be, in part, a hamstring tendon injury on the back side. On the front all I know is I have to step up stairs very carefully.
