I didn't even get ten sets, and I still over-did it.  Less is more has never been truer for this older gentleman.

Less than less seems to be where I am anymore.  I've never really been able to progress on higher volume.  These days it's mostly a daily workout of  very varied exercises.  But then again I am no longer pursuing more and more strength.

Yes, Sir.  I was good for it today, as I felt good for another rep or two.  But this was my last set of 10 before Worlds.  Two deload weeks then I hit sets of 7.
