Bench

121.5x10 PR!

This might be my best set of bench since my 20s in terms of projected max. Very happy, as I’ve also been dropping fat since reducing carbs.

It was absolutely cardio! The last four were a walk through the valley of the shadow of death.

Somebody's got a sorer posterior chain this morning than a new prisoner at Huntsville.  I wouldn't be able to walk for a week.  Probably because I'd be dead from a myocardial infarction at rep 6.  :laugh

Great stuff buddy!

I know you think I’m lying, but my back feels great; but I’m now acclimated to these higher reps. The main reason I started incorporating higher reps a few years back was beacause of the pain and frequent sense of overtraining from heavy doubles and triples.
