These are brutal!  Very strong work ... the same with the paused deads.

Thank you, sir!

They definitely work your mental-toughness muscles!

Those paused reps are insane man! On the squats AND the deds.

btw, looking at your bench workouts, it looks like your ready for well over a 350lb 1 rep max. Have you done that yet?..

Thanks, Tommy!

Im right at the door of a 350 no-pause bench. I’d like to hit it in the next month or two.

I’m reverting back to training my benches touch-and-go, unless otherwise noted. I do seem to make better progress this way

On the lockouts I unrack the weight, control it down to the pins and  rest it there a second before pressing it. Range of motion is about 4 inches

What do you weigh these days, Eric?  Nice numbers!

I compete in the 231 class. I’m normally within a few pounds of that in either direction. And thank you, Aaron!

Wow.  To think it hasn't been toooooooo long since you set some 74k class grip records.  :sorcerer:

Ah... my near-death experience. 😆

Sometimes (like right now) I even toy with the idea of going up to the 264 class, even if to be at only 250. I do like ice cream...
