Driving back from Colorado I thought after several hours of driving it would be a great idea to pull over and pee and then challenge my girlfriend to a sprint. I felt a twinge in my hamstring locking out the final rep. 386x5 (3 second pauses) No twinge on that set. Good! Bench 288x5 (missed 6th) 256x6 (3 second pauses) PR!
