Yeah, I'm shooting for PRs in squat, deadlift, and total. If I can eek out a few more pounds of bench improvement over the next several weeks I might even break my meet PR of 340, which I set before my pec tear.

484x3 PR!

I was happy to get that set, as I pulled my left hamstring three nights ago. Driving back from Colorado I thought after several hours of driving it would be a great idea to pull over and pee and then challenge my girlfriend to a sprint. I felt a twinge in my hamstring locking out the final rep.

386x5 (3 second pauses) 

No twinge on that set. Good!
