If you want a fat handled loadable dumbbell that you can load up 200/250/500lbs on and use it that would be massively impressive to see. Tom Scibelli Posted December 5, 2014 Share Posted December 5, 2014 Chimpgrip what is the heaviest dumbbell you are currently working with since you want some 200's?155s are as high as I've gone (to do rows) and it was fairly easy. Full range of motion, no strain, no lifting straps.
