Up to 120 kg Just out of curiosity, you curl the weight and press it with the same grip, meaning that your arms are overhead and your palms facing BEHIND you? John Grimek came out the victor at the time but there wasn't much in it. After this Norberg started to train and became when of the strongest of all time .
