Middle fingers clean ... Up to 85kg

Curl and press ... Up to 95 kg

Rolling thunder wrist curl ... Up to 55kg x 10

RT deadlift thumbless... Up to 110 kg

Reverse curl ... Up to 60kg x 8

Wrist roller .. Up to 15 kg x 3

Weighted leg raises ,.. Up to 4 x 25

Just out of curiosity, you curl the weight and press it with the same grip, meaning that your arms are overhead and your palms facing BEHIND you? I had seen, a few years back, a strongman who posted some "reverse grip presses" with a barbell and thought it was an interesting movement that virtually noone does :)

Yes you got it Arturo, years ago two of the strongest men of the time, Karl Norberg and John Grimek had a competition using the same exercise. John Grimek came out the victor at the time but there wasn't much in it. After this Norberg started to train and became when of the strongest of all time .

Monday 22nd December,

One hand snatch on 2.6 in barbell.. Up to 65 k

One hand clean on 2.6 in barbell.. Up to 72.5 k

Two hands clean on 2.6 in barbell.. Up to 100 k

Four finger deadlift ... Up to 180 kg

Bench press ... 500 reps with 70 k in sets of 20

My son Daniel first attempt at four finger deadlift pulled an easy 180 kg !! Great lifting Dan !!

Kettlebell bell cleans .. Up to 70 kg

Wrist Developer ... Up to Max setting with orange spring.

One hand clean 2.6 in barbell... Up to 75 kg

One hand deadlift 2.6 in barbell... Up to 87.5 kg

Fat Gripz one hand clean and press... Up to 70 kg

Fat Gripz barbell curl ... Up to 90 kg

Rolling Thunder wrist curl ... Up to 65 kg

Wrist developer ... Up to max level on Orange spring 5x5.
