Im convinced that setting up small goals and working towards them, knocking them down one by one is crucial for success!

What are your goals for next year?

I want to keep climbing the Irongrip Freestyle board, get the Rednail bent, and work on closing the CoC 2.5.

MM1, hopefully MM2.

Master 8# sledge lifts.

Trim down to 180#s.

Enter Maine State Armwrestling Championship as Amature<185.

Took a couple months away from focusing on grippers, but I'm back to it now. I want to cert the MM7 and COC #3.5 this year. Its time to get it done.

1. Getting healthy

2. Start lifting again

3. Stay injury free

4. CCS close the 2,5 and get as close as possible to my ultimate goal to certify for the 3

I'd like to pull a 400# axle in the 83kg class. Pretty much all the class records for the 83kg class I'd like to achieve. Nationals and King Kong 2015 if they run it are my competition focuses.

Bend the gold nail fully in IM pads.

Take the #1 spot by a lot on Iron Grip freestyle cert list.

Human flag for 10+ seconds.

Bench press 150lb Dumbbells.

Next year, I will decrease my involvement in grip.

But I've got some solid goals.

#3 close from a block set

300lbs axle

Join the 66k and take a few records

And some gymnastics goals:

Full front lever

Consistent one arm chin ups

Straddle planche

Awesome handstand

Front squat 165

585 squat

350 log

820 yoke for 80ft

385 farmers for 60ft

425 stone to 42.5 in

340 stone to shoulder

275 axle clean

Survive.

Get my business off the ground and flourishing.

Get my son ready for the football season. He will be bumping up to the 11-13 league. His program is all ready to go as soon as this Sundays meet is over and he takes a week to recover.

Do a lot more fishing with my kids.

Get the pond habitats premier for 6 to 7 pound bass growth.

Sounds like if all of use accomplish even half of our goals it will be a good year.

Working hard to get stronger on grippers, CCS high #3 consistently. Needs to benoem a hattrick. Possibly starting the MM ladder.

Stronger grip all around, pinch and thickbar. 150 kg squat is very much double again now. Close goal. For the rest keep on having fun and try enjoy my hobby instead of getting too frustrated on forced goal achieving lol. Oh and dear lord please some less nags and tiny friggin irritating injuries...
