Programming And Goals 2015

I want my lifts to go up in blockweights, grippers, sledgehammers and RT.

I've often felt that its hard to recover and progress when I train too many lifts at the same time,

but it seems that when I focus on a couple if things for + - 6 months my other lifts go down.

I want to improve all these lifts...

Any suggestions on how I could cycle/program these lifts?

RT and blockweights taxes the same muscles it seems, fingers/fingertips, thumb and wrist.

So they are hard to train in the same session.

I tried it yesterday and my RT was weak after blockweights.

At the same time those two lifts tax the hands in a way that kill gripper strength.......

I know chez trains something like;

Day 1; pinch

2-3 days off.

Day 2; grippers

2-3 days off.

Day 3; thickbar/wrist.

2-3 days off.

Start over.

I dont think I'd be able to recover in 2-3 days, in fact Im sure I wouldnt.

Training every 5 days seem to be where I can manage.

I dont know how to train 2015.

Goals that I really want in 2015 are;

Close in on my easy coc3,5 or possibly even close it.

Pass 90kg in RT and close in on 100kg, maybe even lift it.

Lift my 25kg blockweight both hands.

Sledge deadlift my 10 lbs sledge by the end if the handle.

Grippers and sledge choke go well together in the same session.

I might have to go 6-10 weeks on blockweights then change to RT 6-10 weeks, back and forth and struggle on with grippers constantly every 10 days...

Only solution I can think of :(

Why not doing grippers and block weights on the same day, rest as many days as you think you need and then do Rolling Thunder and wrist?
