This week’s workouts have went badly. Basically looking back it’s like 2 weeks of regression. Lots to think about.

Weird day

tried a large shoe but didn’t have it. Decided to switch direction

this  hearted shoe marks the start of my 50by50 list. My list isn’t complete and all the items are not physical but it should be an interesting.

So life happens..

i am keeping with regular workouts but some stuff happened so my shop is closed. Also I started a part time job and it’s a lot of walking. Most workouts have been subpar while I adjust.

all I can do is keep going and hope I get through.

Busier lately. Decided on a deload-esque workout

the weight and reps are frivolous because I didn’t know how much I missed doing axle deads.

Tues. 

pull ups, side and rear laterals, and bent over rows.

 

 I have been sucking at a lot of stuff lately. I have been doing little more than going thru the motions in most areas of my life. Everything seems dependent on something else outside of my control and I end up wasting my time waiting. Hopefully I can start making some improvements soon.

I am still working around constant injuries.

That thing is awesome.. Do you do any blacksmithing or just welding?

I am not sure what the bar weighs. It’s made from 1-3/4” sch 40 pipe, 54” long.

i do a very little bit of smithing. I am mediocre at a lot of hobbies.
