Thanks fellas ! concentrated so much on baby inch and one handed lifts for king kong ,was really slacking on axle for a while. I think after Gripmas im going to try that Dan John axle program again. #300 in 2015 !!!

Been gettin some training in but havent kept up with my log lately. Christmas rush at work is in full swing. Just been hitting 3 days a week a quick push pull squat and grip kind of in maintinance mode till the end of the year. Super bummed about missing Gripmas. But thanks to Jedd i just got a new comp to focus on for february. NICE.
